TERM 1 /2026 REGISTRATION - OPEN 

Please complete your Term 1 registration by 26th January Monday at 5:00 PM.

From now on  late fees will be applied if you miss the deadline. 

Follow the steps below to complete your Term 1 registration

  1. Select your registration type for the term:
    – Choose the appropriate category (non-competitive, grade, competitive)
    – Select how many days per week you will be training
  2. Add a Competition Ticket (1 or 2) if you plan to participate on the QLD 4th competition (22nd February, Chandler) and/or the QLD States (21-22nd March Gold Coast) competition. NSW States and Nationals will organise separately. 
  3. We can manage term invoices for part payments if you wish to pay this way — please let us know.

TERM 4 KEY DATES

  • Start: Tuesday, 27th January 2026
  • End: Thursday, 2nd April 2026 
  • Easter long weekend - NO training 
  • Competition:
    • QLD 4th comp - 22nd February, Chandler
    • NSW States - 1st March, Sydney
    • QLD States - 21-22nd March, Gold Coast) 
    • 2026 Oceania Open and Australian Artistic Swimming Championship - 14-19th April, Sydney
    • Non-competitive and Grade - Open day 28th March, Saturday 8-10 am 

·        School holiday camp 

    • non-competitive and Grade - 7-8-9th April (Tuesday - Thursday) 8 - 12 pm, location TBC
    • Nationals competitive team !Compulsory! - 7-13th April (Tuesday-Friday 8-4 pm, Saturday 8-12 pm & Monday 8-4pm)

  • ✅ How to Use Your Play On Voucher with Neptunes, Please follow the steps carefully to avoid payment issues:
    1. Apply for the Play On Voucher through the Queensland Government website.
    2. Email the voucher directly to Neptunes once received.
    3. We will confirm when the voucher payment has been received by the club.
    4. Once confirmed, we will issue you a unique discount code.
    5. Use this discount code when completing your registration.

⚠️ Important:
If you already have a Play On voucher, please do not complete your registration without the discount code, as we cannot retrospectively apply it.
